Common Name: Blue Mystery Snail
Indeginous to South America, mystery snails are a classic in the aquarium hobby and come in a veriety of colors. Not only a good member of the clean up crew, but a great way to add a splash of color. These guys are fish, shrimp and plant safe. These snails are quite large as adults, growing up to 3 inches in diameter! Blue Mystery Snails' shells are a gorgeous and calming light blue color. Their bodies are a darker blue with iridescent markings that are truly breathtaking when they catch the light. A bit more active then other species of snails and are even kept as pets on their own!
