WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We currently use USPS flat rate priority shipping which can take up to 1-3 days. We also use UPS Overnight for live specimens. Shipping delays may occur due to inclement weather, holidays etc.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately we only ship within the United States of America. See Shipping & Returns for more info.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

Do you do special orders?

We do accept special and back in stock requests and do our best to fulfill them. Please note for live goods we expect the customer who requested them to purchase the items once we receive them. We do not have the ability to keep them long term. Continued violations of this policy will subject to us no longer accepting special or back in stock requests.
