Rotala wallichii is a beautiful yet demanding plant that will have red shoot tips in right conditions. This is a background plant and will look great by planting a large number of stems in a group. It can also be a midground plant and will do well in large or small aquascapes.

This plant is grown in-vitro and is kept in a nutrient medium. Gently remove plant from the cup and rinse in a container of aquarium water to remove access medium. Seperate into portions and plant into soil with aquascaping tweezers.
This plant is in the advance category and will need a rich nutrient substrate, CO2 and high lighting for best results. Can be propegated by pruning and replanting. Rotala wallichii prefers soft, slightly acidic water.
